What recipient details do I need? +

Only the card number (16 digits). No name, no bank, no other details — the system identifies everything automatically.

How fast will the money arrive? +

In 90% of cases the money is credited within 15 minutes. In rare cases (depending on the recipient's bank) it may take up to 2 hours.

Is there a fee? +

Yes — a flat fee of €0.99 per transfer. No hidden charges, no exchange rate markups. The total amount is shown before you confirm.

What if the transfer doesn't arrive? +

If the status hasn't changed to "Completed" within 2 hours, contact our support. We'll check the status and refund you if something went wrong.

Can I cancel a transfer? +

Cancellation is possible only before the money is actually sent (usually within 1–2 minutes of creating the request). After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

What documents do I need to register? +

For a basic account, just email and phone number. To increase limits, you'll need to upload a photo of your passport or ID card — the process takes 5–10 minutes.
